PRIVATE ACCOUNT – BTT + FTT + SIMULATOR + PT
Registration Pre-Requisites
- Applicable for learners who want to do self-study for their BTT & FTT theory test without learning resources.
- At least 18 years old.
- Learners must be able to pass the eyesight and colour-blindness tests.
Important Notes
- You can enrol online, or make an appointment for counter service. Account and fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For change of FIN to NRIC number, you are required to update Traffic Police and our centre before your test. Otherwise, you will be disqualified from taking your BTT.

Fees
Simulator Course ($30.30 per session) X 3 modules
Learners have to complete a minimum of five practical lessons before booking the Simulator Course.
The simulator training provides learners with the opportunity to practice defensive driving in a safe and controlled environment.
It comprises three modules. Each module takes about 20 minutes.
Traffic Police Practical Driving Test ($40.00 per test + $2.94 administrative fee)*
Learner motorists are required to pass their BTT, FTT and complete Simulator Course before they are allowed to book their Practical Driving Test.
Motorcar Training Videos ($1.64 per viewing)
The videos can be viewed on a pay-per-view basis only.
Upon successful registration, learners may purchase our Motorcar Training Videos (‘videos’) as an additional training resource on a pay-per-view basis.
The videos are produced based on the subjects in CDC’s Class 3/3A practical curriculum. There are 21 manual car videos and 19 automatic car videos.
Additional e-trial test ($13.08 per session)
The e-Trial test provides learners with practice in topics in BTT & FTT. This enables learners to enhance their knowledge of the BTT & FTT curriculum.
Each session of e-Trial test is 50-minute and learners are allowed to attempt up to 2-set of papers per session.
e-Trial test is available both in the classroom and online. For classroom, you must make a booking in advance. Online e-Trial test can be assessed through your mobile phone or computer.
Booking of classroom e-Trial test can be made via myCDC or online booking portal. Unutilized eTrial test sessions will not be refunded.
Account Renewal Fee ($16.35 for 6-month renewal)
If the account expires more than 5 days, an additional charge of $5.45 (w/GST) to reactivate the account will be imposed. The new date will commence from the date of renewal.
All fees are inclusive of GST.
