  1. Appointments can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance.
    If no slots are available, please try again on the next working day (Mon–Sat).
  2. The appointment date is not your test date or course date.
    This appointment is for course enrolments that are not available online.
    If you have already enrolled online, please book your appointment via the link in your confirmation email.
  3. Confirmation email will be sent to you.
    Please present the email on your appointment day and check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it.
  4. Book only one appointment.
    Multiple bookings will result in existing appointments being automatically cancelled. If you need to change your slot, please reschedule via the confirmation email.
  5. Your contact number will be verified at check-in.
    A queue number will be sent to your verified number via SMS.
